Return

Orders can be returned. The products must be returned fully franked and in the same condition as they were in upon receipt. This means that the articles can not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn (other than fitting the article) and labels andor price tags have not been removed.

A fully completed return form must always be sent along with the return shipment. You can find the return form here.

Please note: the items you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package. The products must be returned fully franked and in the same condition as they were in upon receipt. This means that the articles can not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn (other than fitting the article) and that labels or price tags have not been removed. Within 14 days after receipt and assessment of the returned products, we will transfer the order amount + the costs of returning to you.

You can submit your return request by sending an email to: brightlands@mbsportswear.nl. Do not forget to mention your order number as a reference.

The purchase amount (minus shipping costs) will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days after we have received your return shipment.

If you want to order other sizes, you can place a new order in the webshop.

Personalized clothing can not be returned and / or exchanged.
